Upon issuance of the official work order, the Client agrees to make an advance payment of 50% of the total project cost. This advance is necessary to initiate material procurement and scheduling of production. All transportation costs related to the delivery of equipment and materials to the project site will be borne solely by the Client. The project includes a two (2) year free service period, during which basic maintenance and inspections will be provided at no additional cost. However, this service excludes any work related to painting or color restoration. During the installation phase, the Client will be responsible for arranging suitable food and accommodation facilities for the installation team at or near the site. The minimum delivery period for the project is fifteen (15) working days from the date of advance payment and confirmation of the work order. This delivery timeline may vary depending on the scope and nature of the project. The quotation provided shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Orders confirmed after this period may be subject to revised pricing and conditions. Furthermore, the Client is responsible for completing all necessary civil works, including site preparation, foundational construction, and related structural tasks. The Client must also ensure the provision of a stable and sufficient electricity supply prior to the start of installation activities.
